Complacency - a feeling of quiet pleasure or security, often while unaware of some potential danger, defect, or the like; self-satisfaction or smug satisfaction with an existing situation, condition, etc.

Assumption - the act of taking for granted or supposing.

Life is always unpredictable. Nobody knew what will ever happen next. Nothing will go 100% according to plans. Being complacent and making assumptions are the major factors to the downfall of man. I've been a victim of my own stupidity for numerous times. Making assumptions and thinking that i'm sure things will work out the way i pictured.

I know what i need to do.
Avoiding and running away solves nothing.
I realise life needs regular clean ups to keep myself in pace.
